• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in your country.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging with all tags must be included
• Proof of purchase must accompany the return

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Golf Gloves (hygiene reasons)
• Golf Balls (once removed from original packaging)
• Golf Tees (consumable nature)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted for free shipping orders.
